6, ball mills running smoothly, without strong shock.

7, motor current should be no abnormal fluctuations.

8, each connecting fastener no looseness, no oil leaking in the joint surface, five evasion, no water leakage phenomenon.

9, steel ball wear in accordance with the situation in a timely manner to add.

10, if found abnormal situation should immediately stop grinding repair.

11, ball mills liner wear 70% or 70 mm long crack should be replaced.

12, plate bolt looseness caused damage of lining plate should be replaced.

13, main bearing severe wear should be replaced.

14, grid ball mill grinder perforated strainer plate wear into stoppage time can't welding should be replaced.

15, after the big gear gear surface wear to a certain degree may continue to use flip.
