How to Get Economic Benefit of Lime Rotary Kiln?

Rotary kilns are used to heat solids to the point where a required chemical reaction(s) takes place. The rotary kiln is basically a rotating inclined cylinder. Lime rotary kiln, also called lim pit, is used for baking active lime and dolomite in the steel factory and ferroalloy factory.In industrial innovation, lime rotary kiln must have high yield and low consumption in order to make good economic benefit, so how to do it ?

1. the temperature of rotary kiln is determined by both coal and wind. The charging temperature should be controlled at 800-900 degrees Celsius in the preheating section, and at 950-1150 degrees Celsius in the reaction period. The discharging temperature should be controlled at 900 degrees Celsius, and the exhaust gas should be controlled at 800-950 degrees Celsius.




2. it must ensure that the material is normally calcined and then correspondingly increase the yield. In this period, the temperature should be elaborately controlled which is not only beneficial for stabilizing the quality of the products but also balance the bonding speed and wear rate of the material on the surface of refractory in the cellar, thus maintain the thickness of the surface of the refractory and effectively extend life cycle of the rotary kiln.
