When replace the vertical impact crusher cone liner, it should avoid damage to the liner in the cutting process maintaining a gap of 1 to 2 mm between the cone.When the liner mounted on the top, it should be first mounted compression nut and then cast zinc alloy.Before casting, cone and liner should be preheated to 60 ~ 80 , and the gap between the joint use of asbestos and clay liner plugged to prevent leakage of the zinc alloy.When the alloy to be finished pouring liner, the compression nut and the locking plate mounted so as to be firmly fixed.
